Cassie BAstian

Hi! I’m Cassie and I’m an Occupational Therapist who loves working with the pediatric population! I earned by Bachelors degree from California State University Channel Islands in 2016 in Early Childhood Development and was a preschool teacher before I began my OT journey. I earned my Occupational Therapy Doctorate from Creighton University in 2021. Pediatrics has always been my passion. My specific interests and continuing education are in hippotherapy, aquatic therapy, sensory processing, feeding, and reflex integration. It’s such a blessing to be able to collaborate with families in helping their children learn and grow in their own unique way. I love to use play, the child’s natural environment, and creative interventions to incorporate occupational therapy “work” into daily life and routines!
When I’m not working with clients and their families I love spending time with my own! My husband and I have a 2 year old son and just welcomed our baby girl in January! Being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with our extended family is what takes up most of our days! I look forward to getting to know you and finding ways to meet your child’s individual needs that fit your family best!
Julia Aube

Hi, I’m Julia! I’m an occupational therapist with experience working in both pediatrics and with adults/older adults. I grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marian University located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin in 2018. I later went on to complete my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska graduating in 2022.
I’m passionate about helping individuals build independence and confidence in their daily lives, whether that’s supporting kids as they grow and develop or helping adults maintain meaningful routines. I especially love working with little ones and incorporating play into therapy—because that’s how kids learn best! I believe in using positivity, engagement, and meaningful activities to make therapy both effective and fun. I love the creativity and problem-solving that comes with being an occupational therapist, and I enjoy finding personalized approaches that help each person succeed.
In my free time, you can usually find me trying out new coffee shops with my husband, traveling, reading a good book, or walking/hiking with our happy pup, Manny. We love spending as much time outdoors as possible! I’m looking forward to getting to know you and your child and working together to support their growth and success!
Jessica Miranda

Hello! I'm Jessica and I am an occupational therapist who has experience with pediatrics and older adults. I was born and raised in Texas, and moved to Arizona in 2020 to pursue my dreams. I earned my Bachelor's degree in 2019 in Rehabilitation Sciences and then earned my Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2023. My interests and continuing education focus on sensory processing, visual motor skills and primitive reflex integration. I am passionate about supporting all individuals in different age groups through child-led therapy, personalized interventions and collaborating with family members.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, along with my husband and two fur babies. I love staying active, watching new series, and being creative with fashion. Let's get to know each other, I look forward to working with your kiddo and family!

Hi, I’m Ciara and I’m a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant and a 2024 graduate of Brookline College. Pediatrics has always been a passion of mine. I have been working with children since 2013 in various roles. Helping children grow, learn, and reach their full potential is what fuels my love for occupational therapy. My passion for pediatric also comes with my passion for collaboration with families to encourage and help their children learn and grow within their own way. With a passion for helping children and their families, I will continue to grow and learn within this profession by expanding my skills, including training in feeding therapy to strive to be the best therapist I can be!
In my own time, when I am not working with clients and families, I enjoy outdoor adventures and traveling with my husband, our two wonderful daughters, and our newest furry family member our puppy, Fudge!

I am a dedicated certified occupational therapy assistant who graduated from Browne Mackie College in Phoenix in June 2011 and was nationally board-certified in September of the same year. My specialties are sensory integration, social-emotional learning, and feeding therapy. With 13 years of experience in occupational therapy, I have worked in both outpatient clinics and school settings. I am passionate about supporting all individuals with developmental disabilities and actively seek to bring my compassionate and supportive nature to help children and their families at Tiny Tots Therapy.
In addition to my professional achievements, I am the mother of three adult sons and an advocate for two sons with autism. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, which further enriches my perspective and approach in my professional life.

Hi, I’m Lexi! I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant currently pursuing my doctorate, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan, but I have a special passion for pediatrics; especially in the areas of behavior and sensory regulation. I love helping children better understand their bodies, build confidence, and develop skills through play-based, meaningful experiences.
What I enjoy most about working with kiddos is the connection we build and the joy that comes with even the smallest successes. I strive to create a calm, supportive, and engaging environment where each child feels safe, understood, and motivated to grow. My approach is patient and individualized, always meeting children where they are while encouraging progress in a way that feels natural and fun. I value collaboration with families to support carryover into everyday routines. My goal is to make therapy both effective and enjoyable, helping children thrive in ways that are meaningful to them and their families.
